No data received from 2LIS_18_I0ITEM

I'm trying to load the infopackage "2LIS_18_I0ITEM" but I have no records. I followed this procedure :

I went to LBWG to delete the setup table :

I went to the tcode OLISBW and I filled the setup table like this :

At the end, I had this message :

As you can see, I have the error "there are no order types available". I didn't find anything one the Internet. There is a relation between notifications and orders but it's a custom modification.

The table "MC18I00NTFSETUP", I have no record. I have a lot of data in the table QMEL. I don't know which one should be extracted by 2LIS_05_Q0NOTIF, 2LIS_17_I0NOTIF and 2LIS_18_I0NOTIF. Only 2LIS_17_I0NOTIF works.

Do you have an idea?
