Here is my scenario :
Publication Delivery failed in the middle due to server issue and delivered to only 90 recipients out of 100 recipients.
Is there way to capture that information ( Says it delivered to 90 and this are the 10 missing ) and if reschedule the Publication it should deliver to the remaining 10 ????
Instead re-running the Job for all 100 and creating duplication for the 90 again.
I mean some kind of Delivery rule. We already have SDK in place . So planning to control Publication from SDK and I don't know where to start with.
Any Inputs please ??

One of blog, gave an idea on this. But not sure what exactly it does ??
Could some explain this too. I see this in CMC not in BI luanchpad
