Item status copied while creating order using copy control

Hi,

We are creating order wrt another order(KB->KE copy control exists). We have created delivery for source document and now if we try creating order wrt the source order document, the item status copied as Complete in the new document and item quantity is appearing in non-editable mode.

Could you please suggest whether any settings in copy control are causing this?
