Mbrl Mvmt 123 Material document cannot be processed

Dear SAP community ,

In transaction MBRL Mvmt 122  , I have do a  return vendor consignation  in december 2013

i want to cancel  this return vendor  because i have put a wrong quantity , so I use a 123 mouvement  in MBRL

But i have the error : Material document cannot be processed

Please guide me
