Modified WorkManger 6.0 is not working in SMP 2.3

Hi,

i deploy the "Core Workmanger 6.0" (which is provided by SAP) in SMP 2.3. and it is working fine. in SCC --> Application status is showing as RUNNING.

if we done any changes in the WokrManager & deploy it. and it is showing attached Error Messages(JavaBackEndError, EADDRINUSE etc..). Please check the Attached Images..

Can any one provide the guidelines/steps for How to Deploy the Edited/Modified Work manger in SMP 2.3.
