Hello Experts,
we like to search Complaints in WEB-UI by "Requested Start" or "Requested End" date.
If try to this search in WEB-UI via "start date" , the search results never shows the correct items. We assume that "starte date" in the query means the "Requested Start" form the complaints details.
Is there a special customizing necessary that the dates "Requested Start" or "Requested End" are taken into account?
Which date fields in the complaints details need to be filled that we can use the valid_to ("end date") or valid_from ("start date") in the query?
