Filter data based on the value in BPC 7.5

Hi Experts,

                I have a report where material is in row wise and Time and account is column wise, my requirement is i need to show only the data for the account value greater  than 40. dont know how to do it .

                      2014.FEB     2014.FEB     2014.FEB

                     Account 1      Account 2      Account 3 

Material 1          40                50                   60

Material 2          50                60                   70

Material 3          60                70                   80

Material 4          70                80                   90

Now from the above, user needs to filter by account 1 value greater than 40, so the output should like like this

                      2014.FEB     2014.FEB     2014.FEB

                     Account 1      Account 2      Account 3 

Material 2          50                60                   70

Material 3          60                70                   80

Material 4          70                80                   90
