import Goods Receipt with bin location

Hi all,

there is no problem when I input Goods Receipt with Bin Location manually using SAP application. but there is an error when I import the same data using DTW. the error message is: 1470000341 - Fully allocate item "ACSP018" to bin location in warehouse "ID-SPP".

why this happen?
