Manual Approver Selection in Record/Release Working Time (WDA ESS)

Dear All,

We are on ECC 6 EHP5.

We are using  WD ABAP ESS.

Please help me by answering my below question.

In Record/Release Working Time, is there any option provided to Requester for manual selection of Approver (Like in Leave Request).

If yes, please tell me how to achieve this.
