Additional field required in FK02 and FK05 USER EXIT (SCREEN EXIST)

Dear Experts,

in our business requirement additional Field required in the transaction code FK02 and FK05

in FK02 payment trasaction tab business requred additional text field for entering the payment log reason

in the FK05 Transaction code business required for additional text field for reason for blocing vendor.

Program Name: - SAPMF02K

PACKAGE:-           FBK

EXIT NAME:- EXIT_SAPMF02K_001

We are unable to find out screen exit.

using this user exit we can incorprate new text fields in the t-code " FK02 and FK05".

Kindly advice what are the possible way to achive this requirement.
