SAP C4C - Marketing questions

Hello Experts, I am currently evaluating new scenarios for a change project in a customer (Gol Airlines - Brazil) who implemented SAP Cloud for Customer with a Service scenario. They are using SAP C4C for Service Ticket management in their call centers. One new demand that we received from Gol Airlines is the creation of surveys, which should be attached to Service Tickets. Question #1: is it possible to send a new e-mail with a survey directly from a Ticket? (one single e-mail sent from the ticket, not associated to any campaign). Will the responses be loaded (or associated) to the Ticket? Question #2: Is there a way to create reports to evaluate the responses of the surveys associated to the tickets, e.g. during a certain period?
