Dear Experts,
I am having a problem with reflecting the changes to the work schedules to the personal work schedules of some employees.
The problem is that the holiday calendar has been changed, adding, for example 2-Jan as a holiday, with the same characteristics as 1-Jan, the same holiday class (the validity dates are proper). The work Schedule is generated again, so it reflects for January 2009 when I take a report in PT03. It is also visible in the calendar view of Work Schedule when I click on the "Work Schedule" button on infotype 0007 screen.
But when I run the report to get the Personal Work Schedule with transaction PT63, 2.Jan does not appear as holiday. So it makes me think that there is a problem with the person actually adopting the newly generated work schedule. The most visible implication is that in CAT2 screen the planned hours for 2-Jan is not changed to 0.00 hrs, as it is for 1-Jan.
Does anyone have an idea what could be the reason?
I checked the master data for the employee and infotype 0001 and 0007 looks OK, so the groupings and the work schedule assignment looks correct.
Any contribution to clarify is appreciated..
