how to do the collective settlement of maintenance orders through background job automatically (periodically)

Dear PM Experts,

How can we do the collective settlement of maintenance orders through background scheduling on daily basis.  I tried through SM36 to create the background scheduling job by using the RK07KO8G program but i am unable to assign the variant which i created in KO8G transaction code.

If any one done it please share the document for reference purpose.
