sap RSECLOG having zero records but consuming 40 GB

Hello Experts,

I am from BASIS team. We are having SAP NetWeaver 7.3 BW system with DB2 database running on Linux.

Table RSECLOG is having zero records and DBA team had run reorg but the size is still 40 GB

Could BASIS / BW / DB Admin team suggest if we can do anything else to find out what is occupying the space
