Addon Error in SAP Business one 9.0 PL04

Hi

Currently,we are using SAP B1 9.0 PL04.

We installed our customized addon in server.

When opening a form and convert it to ADD mode,it saying that 'Invalid Object Name [@OMAC]".

when i try to see the table,its not showing in SQL Server but i can see the same table in B1 through 'Tools->Queries->Query Generator'.

I dont know why its happening?

and also i am not able to create a new company,i am getting 'Internal error (-223) occurred'.

I think its application error.

Can anyone faced this kind of situation?
