Query designer cells

Hi experts,

It's the first time that i see in a query in the BEX query designer the pad cells:

What this pad refers to? Normally in all my queries i have only the pad filter ans Rows/Columns.

And when i double click on a cell. I have this.

Could someone explain me what that means?
