I have a scenario here and would like to ask for your help:

Every working day starting from 9:00am , check whether the latest data is ready in database every one minute. If yes, run a BO report and send it out through email.

But I got stuck in the first place.
1. In the "Recurrence" of the report schedule, I can only find the shedule setting for Daily run. I don't know how to set the schedule to be started from 9:00am.
2. Does it require custom code to check data readiness and then trigger the report schedule? Is there any workaround?
