Hello Friends,
This question is related to periodic billing plan for service contract, monthly billing for a year, total 12 billings.
In case there is an item in a service contract which has 12 billing plans, each with value A, the header net value is showing total 12 x A = 12A, however the item net value is not adding all the BRIs values, but showing just A.
Is this how it works?
Is there anyway to make the item net value show the sum of all periodic billing plan items?
