Passing variable from Webi to dashboard

Hello,

I have an issue on passing the variable from webi report to Xcelsius Dashboard. My webi report has list of countries with export values including a country called ABC. I have to select only two records -  the export value of ABC and sum of export value of all other countries except ABC. So i used a variable that sums up all other values except ABC and called ROW. The webi report will then show only two records for ABC and ROW.

I published this as web service and trying to call it in the dashboard which is connected to a pie chart. But when I am running the dashboard i am getting only a single value of ABC and not two values of ABC and ROW displayed.

Is there any limitation of dashboard/BIWS in calling a variable created in webi?
