DYNAMIC ACTION - URGENT

Require an urgent help for Dynamic Actions to calculate the retirement Date based on date of birth.

I tried writing one i.e.:

51 P P0002-MASSN='01'()1 indicated hiring actions)

52 I COP,0041,,,/D

53 W P0041-DAR03='R3'

54 W P0041-DAT03=P0002-GBDAT

55 W P0019-VTROP='+'

56 W P0019-VTRZH='013'

I am not getting the result. Please guide me where i am wrong / missing.
