Problem with synchronization using relay server

Hi All,

I am using SUP SP 04, iOS 7.1 and relay server. When I connect the iOS device through relay server, the application is getting registered successfully but during synchronization, it is giving error.

For registration I am using port 5001 and for synchronization I am using port 2480.

Is this the issue with relay server configuration or SUP server?

I am getting full availability from relay server URL: ias_relay_server/server/rs_server.dll

What could be the possible reason for this.
